Lumavira Returns & Refund Policy
At Lumavira, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, our return process must be started through our support team before any item is sent back.
Return window: Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, chargers, parts, and packaging materials included.
Return authorization required: Do not send items back to the address on the package. Many orders ship directly from supplier warehouses, and the package address may not be our return center. Customers must contact support first and receive return instructions.
Non-returnable items: Used products, damaged products caused by customer misuse, opened personal-use hydration products, used blender cups, worn smart watches, clearance items, gift cards, and items returned without authorization may not be eligible for return.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number, photos or video of the issue, shipping label photo, and packaging photo. We will review the claim and may provide a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the supplier policy.
Walking pad returns: Walking pads are large items and may have stricter return conditions. Customers must keep the original box and packaging. Return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
Smart watch and blender claims: For battery-powered products, customers should test charging and operation within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or a short video to verify the issue before approving replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs: Unless the product is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable when applicable.
Refund timing: After the approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is processed by the supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Late or missing packages: If tracking shows delivered but the customer cannot find the package, the customer should check the delivery area, neighbors, building office, and carrier first. We will help investigate but cannot guarantee refund for packages marked delivered unless carrier or supplier confirms a delivery issue.
