Note: We are unfortunately unable to ship to US Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.
2. Processing vs. Shipping Time
Every order goes through two distinct phases before arriving at your doorstep:

Processing Time (1–4 Business Days): This includes order verification, product quality checks, customized packaging, and sorting at our international fulfillment hub.

Shipping Time (8–20 Business Days): This is the time it takes for your item to travel from our hub to your specific address in the United States.
📦 Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 10 to 24 business days from the date of purchase. Because items are shipped directly from our global manufacturing partners, items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
3. Shipping Rates & Carrier Networks
Our international logistics paths are fully optimized for rapid US entry. The final mile of your delivery is securely handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

4. Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier network, we will automatically email you a tracking link containing your local USPS tracking number.

The "In-Transit" Tracking Gap: Because packages travel across international borders before entering the domestic US postal system, it is normal for your tracking number to display a status like "In Transit" or "Handed Over to Airline" without updates for 5–10 days.

Do not worry—your package is not lost. The tracking interface will resume rapid, day-by-day updates the moment the parcel clears US Customs and is scanned by your local USPS regional distribution center.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Good news! Because we ship exclusively to the United States using specialized logistics lines, 99% of our packages clear customs smoothly without any additional out-of-pocket costs. In the rare event that state-specific import duties or customs fees are assessed, they remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Stalled, or Delayed Deliveries
We actively stand by our logistics guarantees to keep your shopping experience stress-free:

Holiday & Seasonal Delays: High-volume shopping seasons (such as November/December) or severe global weather can occasionally add 5–7 business days to standard shipping windows. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Modifications
Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. Our fulfillment hub processes orders rapidly to minimize shipping transit times. Once a package has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot modify or redirect the shipping address. We are not responsible for items that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
